This is high quality. Very satisfied. I mounted it on my wall in front of my treadmill so I could watch videos on my cell phone while jogging. The spring loaded clamp holds great.
This mount is advertised as a tablet mount. But you can also use phones with it. You just have to position the clamps on the phones long way instead of the short way. This makes it a one size does all for you. The mount is mounted via screw hardware and is included. Each of the joints can move in any direction within its plane. You can mount this to go sideways or up and down motion. Depends on what you want it to do. The mount that holds the phone or tablet can adjust to any angle. The device mount is very easy to use. You can set the range you want the one clamp to be and the other clamp is spring loaded. The clamps feature soft material that will grip your device without causing scratches. The clamps are wide enough to hold a variety or tablet brands with or without cases.
Each of the joints can be tightened to a degree of resistance you want, by using the included allen wrench. The mount arms and base are made out of machined aluminum and with a painted finish.
Finally, the you can fold the entire mount system in when its no longer in use. Making it unintrusive and it gives of the minimalist organized look.
P.S. Check out the photos for some measurements.
Great arm - it's simple but versatile, installed it in 5 minutes with a drill driver and have easily put hours of use into it since.
I take a lot of video calls on my phone from my couch, and I was sick of having to stack a phone holder on a bunch of books or a shoe box so I wouldn't have to constantly hold it. This makes it super easy to cater to whatever angle/height I need, as the holder part swivels left and right but the segment it's connected to swivels up and down. Accommodates both my S23 Ultra and my Samsung Galaxy Tab 9 perfectly.
I tried a few other tablet mounts, and this is one of the better ones. It supports heavier tablets than some others that I've tried out. The ballhead at the end of the mount gives more latitude in positioning the tablet. You'll need to use the included Allen wrench to adjust the tension of the joints to balance else of movement of the arm with your tablet weight.
I selected this tablet holder because I got so tired of looking for a place to put my mini iPad on the kitchen counter when I was cleaning, cooking, or putting up dishes. I am SO glad that I picked this one because it really works! Other iphone/ipad holders I tried either did not stick on the wall very good or did not have a strong enough grip. This tablet holder, which holds my ipad mini 6, has been sticking to my stone tile for over a week now, flawlessly! I absolutely love that it rotates left and right AND up and down with ease! I suffer from arthritis and opening things can be a real painful chore for me but this tablet holder is so easy to just lift up for me to remove my iPad mini without straining or asking someone else to remove it for me. I love it!!! The directions were very clear and easy to read with diagram pictures to guide you. I cleaned the area off with damp paper towel first and let it dry overnight completely because I wanted to make sure the stone tile was good and dry for the adhesive backing on the tablet holder. The next day I applied it being careful to pick a nice smooth spot and then I pressed it firmly onto the wall and held it in place for about 30 seconds. The model I received even has an up arrow facing you on the holder to avoid hanging it upside down. Again, I did as the directions suggested and I waited a full 24 hours before actually placing my iPad in the holder because I really needed this to work...and it did!!! I highly recommend this tablet holder for anyone like me that has limited counter space but still likes to have a little entertainment while doing the super fun chore of cooking and washing dishes lol!!!
I'm using this tablet holder on a tripod-mounted tray that I use in my backyard for movie nights. The tray I have is not big enough to hold my (folded) tablet and a small speaker that is then connected to my projector. This holder is now mounted on the tray so now my tablet can be a bit off to the side and leaves plenty of room for my speaker to be placed on the tray. For my purposes, this mount/holder worked perfectly! The surface of the tray itself is smooth, so it works great for this mount and adhesive (the product description clearly states this is not recommended for non-smooth surfaces).
The adhesive behind the mount is strong. I pulled on it as hard as I could a few hours after installing it, it ain't going nowhere. Good mount at a great price, I didn't even have to tighten it too much, it feels very sturdy and I really like the range that you can adjust the mount to, you don't want it gripping your tablet too hard or too soft, and I was able to dial in a setting that works well for mine quickly.
Very strong adhesive tablet mount. This mount successfully holds our android tablets (ONN 10" with rugged case). The spring locking tablet arms are easy to use and offer a incredibly tight grip. Great value for a sturdy mount that is not oversized or bulky. Very pleased with the build quality of this.
This tablet holder is made from quality plastic material at the ball joint which is really appreciated. Too many mounts i've used have a cheaper plastic that has too much flex in it so that even when you tighten down the knob, it has a bit of flex in it, or it will outright not hold the weight without slipping. This mount has no such problems, the ball joint is more of a matte look to it rather than polished which helps keep good friction. The bolt used to hold the adjustment joint is heavy duty, so i have no doubts in its longevity if i need to loosen and tighten frequently.
The holder part of the mount uses rubber instead of foam for where it hold the sides of your tablet which is super nice and sturdy holding. The jaws of the holder have quite a good range of adjustments to hold a lot of various sizes of tablets.
Sturdy stand for phone or tablet. Structurally sound and designed well. Easy pivot points and easy installation. My only issue is the length of the arm, but that was my own fault for not realizing how it would work in my car. However, the stand sat well on my dash and held my phone then my tablet securely - so the versatility is there and works well.
I got this a few months ago to be able to mount a tablet in my truck. I have a Galaxy S9 Ultra tablet so I needed something that would be able to at least accommodate it in a portrait (vertical) orientation without blocking half of my field of view of the road. I also wanted something really secure. I would hate to go hit a pothole and break a $1600 tablet.
I got this after researching several other products and so far, I love it! It's big enough to hold the tablet with room to spare, but also can collapse small enough to hold my cellphone if needed. The tablet is fairly heavy so the bottom of the holder has to rest against the top of the dash a bit (or tilt to the maximum angle of the holder) which isn't a problem. The telescoping arm is helps a lot with positioning it just right. It shakes a bit going down the freeway if the holder is not butting up against the dash, but isn't terrible. When using it with a cellphone, it's rock solid and doesn't shake at all.
The suction cup on it is phenomenal! I have 2 other holders with cups made of this same material and they are the best! I had to reposition the holder once and getting it off the dash took a lot of effort. It didn't leave any marks or residue on the dash though. I have it sitting on a hard plastic, textured section of the dash and the holder is completely unbothered. It's been on there for months without ever coming off.
Definitely one of the best accessory purchases I've ever made. I will be buying more for my other vehicles (since taking the one on and off the dash to switch cars is so hard, haha).
The construction of this seems to be sturdy, and easy to install. You can adjust the tablet size as needed. If you are a trucker, the tablet will vibrate a little when going down the road. You will still have good visibility just the same and it will remain secure. It is worth the purchase.
I have a Ford Escape. There are cup holders for the driver and front passenger. There are no cup holders in the back for three passengers. There is a USB port and a cigarette lighter port in the front. There is nothing in the back. And if I have four passengers plus me, there is no place to put my purse. Then I saw this
OHLPRO Car Headrest Cup Holder for Back Seat Organizer, Type-c/Lightning Retractable Charging and bingo! I knew I had to get it!
The organizer has a power cord that uses the auxiliary power port (the cigarette lighter). Then it has two retractable charging cables, an Apple lightning cord and a standard type-C cord. Now the backseat can charge their phones, and there shouldn't be cables snaking all over the car. There is only one cup holder, but you could probably put two box drinks in the other pockets. The cup holder has rubber sides, so it can hold various different sizes of cups or mugs. And the two areas on either side of the cup holder can hold a variety of items: your phone while it's charging, or a few snacks, or those box drinks, etc.
Underneath the Headrest Cup Holder are two hooks. You could hang a trash bag on those hooks, or a purse or two. I don't usually take long trips in my Escape. When I take the grandkids places, I trade with my daughter and drive her Ford Transit. But for short trips, this is great. You could also hang two of these Headrest Cup Holders, one on each of the front seats, giving you two cup holders and four charging ports - but I have a dual fan hanging on the other headrest. That amusing the kids longer than their tablets!
This product is useful, sturdy, and well made. I may have to order more for my daughter's car! Or maybe my husband's truck! He has the extended cab. I wonder if most new cars would make this Headrest Organizer obsolete. Do new cars have enough cup holders and charging ports to go around? I'll never know! But for my family, this is a deal-changer.
I can't remember how long ago I bought this but I'm guessing maybe 4-6 months give or take. I drive for a ride share company, so this came in handy. I'm a Samsung Galaxy girl so I don't have an iPhone charger in my car. I got tired of being asked & felt bad when I couldn't provide one. ?? So I bought this. A blue light comes on when it's plugged in. When they no longer work, it won't light up. The iPhone charger was the 1st to go out after maybe 2/3 months. It charges pretty fast tho. Easy to use, some ppl didn't read when it comes to putting the charging cord back. They would just let it hang. ?? The Android charger was next to go about 2 months after the iPhone one. I had a good run with it, it was worth it. However, I will not be replacing it. Ppl better start carrying a charger lol cause after the tugging of the cords & not taking care of it, the passengers can go without. It was fun while it lasted. I got compliments & some even tipped. (Please tip your drivers)
This iPad holder has been perfect and made long car rides a breeze! It is sturdy and we like how it holds our iPad better than some holders weve had!
This is a well-designed phone and tablet holder. I have an 11 inch tablet and it holds it firmly in place. When mounted to my dashboard it does tend to unstick every now and then. I've had it for a month now and part of it broke likely due to the Sun but also that part of it was very thin.
So an update on this: I talked to the vendor and they're sending a replacement which is awesome as I really like this product so I'm giving 5 stars.
