For international shipments, we will cover most of the VAT and duties, but if the customer's problem caused the tax will be borne by you.

After-sales Questions

If the order is under status awaiting fulfillment, please contact OHLPRO customer support at service@ohlpro.com to cancel. If the order is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Order cannot be modified once it's placed successfully. However, you can contact OHLPRO customer support at service@ohlpro.com to cancel the order if it's under status awaiting fulfillment then place the appropriate order again.
Shipping address cannot be modified once the order placed successfully. However, customer can contact OHLPRO Customer Support to cancel the order if it's under status awaiting fulfillment then place the order with the appropriate address again.
Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder. Please check all of your email folders later if you still haven't received your confirmation, email service@ohlpro.com, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email. Before submitting a warranty claim, please refer to the specific FAQs for your product and attempt all troubleshooting suggestions.If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect.

If you believe the item is defective and under warranty, please submit a Return or Exchange request on the product's support page, or contact us at service@ohlpro.com.
A dated sales receipt from an authorized OHLPRO Reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price.
If you made your purchase through OHLPRO Direct, we might be able to locate your order using your email address, name or shipping address.

If you made your purchase through an authorized OHLPRO Reseller, you might contact the Reseller to see if they can provide a copy of your receipt.

If the product was a gift, you might ask the giver to provide you with a copy of the receipt or claim the warranty on your behalf.
The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won't be renewed after a replacement has been provided. For more information, please contact us at service@ohlpro.com.
