I have a Ford Escape. There are cup holders for the driver and front passenger. There are no cup holders in the back for three passengers. There is a USB port and a cigarette lighter port in the front. There is nothing in the back. And if I have four passengers plus me, there is no place to put my purse. Then I saw this
OHLPRO Car Headrest Cup Holder for Back Seat Organizer, Type-c/Lightning Retractable Charging and bingo! I knew I had to get it!
The organizer has a power cord that uses the auxiliary power port (the cigarette lighter). Then it has two retractable charging cables, an Apple lightning cord and a standard type-C cord. Now the backseat can charge their phones, and there shouldn't be cables snaking all over the car. There is only one cup holder, but you could probably put two box drinks in the other pockets. The cup holder has rubber sides, so it can hold various different sizes of cups or mugs. And the two areas on either side of the cup holder can hold a variety of items: your phone while it's charging, or a few snacks, or those box drinks, etc.
Underneath the Headrest Cup Holder are two hooks. You could hang a trash bag on those hooks, or a purse or two. I don't usually take long trips in my Escape. When I take the grandkids places, I trade with my daughter and drive her Ford Transit. But for short trips, this is great. You could also hang two of these Headrest Cup Holders, one on each of the front seats, giving you two cup holders and four charging ports - but I have a dual fan hanging on the other headrest. That amusing the kids longer than their tablets!
This product is useful, sturdy, and well made. I may have to order more for my daughter's car! Or maybe my husband's truck! He has the extended cab. I wonder if most new cars would make this Headrest Organizer obsolete. Do new cars have enough cup holders and charging ports to go around? I'll never know! But for my family, this is a deal-changer.
