OHLPRO Phone Stronger Magnetic Retrectable Charger and Holder

This is a solid magnetic/wireless charging phone mount - at least once you are able to get the base attached to your vehicle properly. The manufacturer is using a 'nano adhesive' pad for base. In my case this adhesive did not hold at all. I cleaned the area of my console with xylol to make sure all oils, etc were removed. Even doing this the nano-adhesive almost immediately let go. I believe this is because my console has a slight texture to it. If you are going to attach this to a completely smooth and flat surface it may work for you. I ended up removing the nano adhesive and replaced it with automotive grade foam mounting tape. This allowed me to firmly attach the mount. So a fairly simple fix. There is a good amount of adjustment with the mount overall. Multiple flex points and you can adjust the overall length by a couple of inches. I was able to get my phone mounted right where I want it. The wireless charging base is metal, while the rest of the mount is a good quality plastic (the base is a flexible material). The charging base has a USB-C port but no USB cables are included with the kit. I already had a USB-C power in cable in place so not an issue for me. Overall this is a good phone mount with magnetic/wireless charging. I would have given it 5 stars if the adhesive they chose to use was a much higher quality. Also, the wireless charging looks to be 15w max- so you won't fast charging out of it.

This Magsafe Car Mount Charger from OHLPRO is very well built. The three adjustment knobs operate smoothly and do not require a lot of effort to lock the adjustments in place. The knobs have no sharp edges so they don’t dig into your fingers when using them. The arms all stay in place where you adjust them and do not move again until you readjust. Overall, the mount feels solid and nothing rattles due to loose tolerances. The VHB adhesive used on the mounting pad holds very well on the wood vernier surface in our car. Hopefully it will still hold when our summer weather comes. The Magsafe charging head is all aluminum except for the pivot ball in the back and looks great. My S25 Ultra with a Magsafe case is held tightly to this mount with the strong magnets. I have not noticed any shifting of the phone even on rough roads. I was surprised to see that there is no charging cord or power adapter included with this mount. Usually fast-charging mounts include these to assure that you reach the charging rate that they advertise. One thing to note, if you are looking for interchangeability between this charging head and other standard 17mm ball mounts, this ball is undersized at approximately 16mm in diameter so it does not fit other standard ball mounts. Overall, this is nice, well-built car mount charger, but it would have been nice if it fit the standard 17mm ball mount size.

Desk space is a valuable commodity so when I saw this magnetic car charger mount I immediately saw the opportunity to levitate my phone above my messy desk. This phone mount, intended for use in a vehicle, has a sticky rubbery surface for mounting in an environment with a lot of vibration. That adhesive is VERY strong! Once attached, it is not going anywhere without a real fight. If I had been using this in a car the location would have been obvious. I placed it on the outer edge of my second monitor only to find my monitor mount rotated under the weight of my phone. Totally poor planning by me. I removed the mount and in the process lost the original mounting stickiness. As you can see it the photos, I was able to get this to work with double sided foam tape. The mount has four different adjustments making it work in almost any situation. It is easy to place and remove my phone and it charges nicely. This mount is a great value and can be manipulated to work in nearly any situation.

Magnet is strong, mount is sturdy. Adhesive leaves a lot to be desired on any surface in my truck.
